Sunday, June 21, 2009 the North Georgia Motorcycle Club will ride from Canton, Ga to LaFayette, Ga through "the pocket", which is a nice twisty area in NW Ga, including Pocket Rd.  Cool

All are welcome to join us. We meet at the Ryans in Canton, just off Riverstone Pkwy, southeast of I 575. Kickstands up at 9 am.  Smiley

This ride will be led by our own Britman. He knows the Georgia roads better than any Georgia native that I have met.  cooldude

Come join us if you can. It will be a father/son ride for me as Duffy Jr called a while ago and said he wants to join us.  Cool

We had a good ride today, but it was HOT! Whoowee!

We had 10 bikes this morning at Ryans including:

Britman, Thumper, Greg, Duffy Jr, Matt, Mark, Larry and me.

Larry Hand brought Rob and his mom, Gail on two beautiful Harleys.  Gail lives near Larry. Thanks for coming you two, come back again.

We did the Pocket before and after lunch, whoohooo!

Thanks for coming out everyone! Hope everyone got home safe.

Matt - what happened to your friend? Next time?

Happy Fathers Day all!   Cool Cheesy coolsmiley

I rode alone this morning. Hit the road from Winter Springs heading north at 7:30, finished a quick breakfast at my favorite diner at 8:30, back roads to Flaglar Beach at 10:00, back roads home at 12:05. 155 miles total. Hung out with the family the rest of the day.

It was a good day Tater.
