I want to meet and talk with valkyrie guys that have or are building Bobbers with their Valkyries.   I am working on a nice Gentlemens valk.  Not just a striped down rat bike.
So far mine has ;
200 tire on the back.
I have three different seat designs.  Pan seat , about to go out for tooled leather.
Low setting Corbin.
and cut down version of a standsrd.
I made some custom stainless steel stacks.  wild and mean.
Custom stainless steel handle bars.  Polished food grade stainless.  Goining to redou these to larger diaature ,  Just to give it more girth.
4 degree rake on the front forks, these are by VTXtreme.
Custom made ABS plastic side cover.
Working on front and back fenders and i need some ideas from you guys,
Oh yea, I just did exhaust mods , * in Cherry Bomb Glasspacks. with new Heavy chrome truck stacks.
Your will like or hate my custom Fireball Brake and tail lights.
Call if you are working on a bobber.

How about a finished Bobber?
You can PM me for input.
There are quite a few versions on the Bobber theme, it all depends on what your vision is, and how creative you are and how much you're willing to spend.

I like your bobber.  I can't have two so my Standard is set up for touring.

Both fenders are Valkyrie fenders.
Rear fender is the rear portion cut to fit and the front is also a cut up stocker.

My budget was limited but my imagination wouldn't allow me to put a fender made to fit a HD or someone elses idea of custom.

I have three Valks and a custom GoldWing, plus a few other classic bikes.
But here are "cheap" Valks out there if you look hard enough, especially if you don' mind a salvageble bike and if your handy spinning wrenches.

Besides the fact that me owning a motorcycle at age 62 has been an ongoing issue with my wife, there is no place to store another vehicle on our property and be out of the weather.

How did you finish off the cut edges? Paint, obviously, but did you roll a lip on there or is the bare cut edge sufficient to hold the shape?
