Major Bill Morris and his family came to spend the night here at the farm...Major Morris just rotated back from Iraq this after spending an extended tour there...We met Bill thru a motorcycle web and while he was over there we would send magazines and cartons of slim jims and he would past them out to the troops, he said they love the mags and especially the accessory catologs and tool mags, slim jims seem to be a farorite carry around food for them and are hard to come by....Bill and his wife and two daughters spent an evening and a day here, they are interested in buying a farm after he retires shortly...he spoke a great deal about what is happening over there and seemed very concerned about what is going on here, that's one of the reasons they are looking for a farm....he was worried about our constitutional rights disappearing....they had a great time and we enjoyed their company, great people and it was refreshing to learn that not all of our soldier are blind followers...his conversations were varied and in detail, I won't go into them here, but those who know me, if you're interested remind me next time we hook up and we'll talk.

Is there a way that I could help in the effort to get magazines and slim Jims to them? I would be interested in helping and maybe making time pass a little easier for them.
