I see that that Ohio chapter website hasn't been updated since like sometime in 2005, yet I know I've seen Valk's out & about around here.  

Anyway, today it was 30 degrees outside, and can't wait for the temps to rise to an acceptable level so I can do some riding.  Cabin-fever is hitting its peak.

So I've been thinking of some potential day-ride or possibly even weekend-ride destinations for when the weather does improve, and so far have come up with:

The Air Force Museum - Wright-Patterson AFB, Dayton, OH
The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame - Cleveland, OH
The Football Hall of Fame - Canton, OH

Maybe for a weekend-destination could do a trip to the beach, (Virginia, Myrtle) or ride the Blue Ridge Parkway, or maybe even ride up to Niagara Falls.

Anyone have a suggestion? Are there any decent bike rally's around here? When I lived in AL it wasn't all that far to go to Daytona, and went to Biketoberfest twice, but that's a really long way from here.   Also went to the Thunderbeach Rally in Panama City Beach, FL a couple times and that was alot of fun.

I certainly hope to be in Kentucky for the memorial day ride with
some wonderful folks some of whom talk kinda funny

they cant even pronounce simple words like

fuhgetaboutit or youse  and youths but they are all friends and hope to see you in Kentucky as well

New to the forum and I live in Cincinnati, any members in my neck of the hood. lmao. i let my older brother use the Valk for a poker run and he told me accouple dudes on Valkyries asked him if he wanted to join the Valk riders club. Is there one in Cincinnati, Ohio? Where is the riders Southwest Ohio page located at on the forum or the web?

I live north of you Sasquatch71, in Franklin .
 I no longer have a Valkyrie but ride an f6b now, the club still accepts me though  Grin Grin.
 I am on Facebook as Rick Achtermann and I love to ride.
if you go on Facebook there are at least three Valkyrie riders right in Cinci. plus four or five in Springfield.

I live on the eastside of Cincy (Amelia), retired and ride as much as I can!

This is a great group and I enjoy attending the many different organized rides in the area.  I recommend you attend any one of them if you're able?
