I have had these laying around the garage .

I was thinking of installing them and wondered if anyone has these on their bike?

I'm looking to get rid of the buffeting that I get with my feet on the highway pegs. If I use the factory mid pegs, no buffeting.

TIA

Best way to find out is spend 5 minutes installing them and go for a ride.

Lowers work great for buffeting!  cooldude

Had the on my Suzuki from Value Accessories and I have the same set you have from National Cycle for the Valk ........... haven't installed them as of yet due to not having a second set of signal lamp mounts to do it with. I do not want to buy Nation Cycles light bar to do it!

I'd put them on. You'll be done in 20 minutes ............ makes a big difference.

Better to be judged by 12, then carried by 6.

Depends on your bike. I/S, oem shield, batwing? Have a large pair on my b'wing forks and notice little if any help. I only use them when I travel for bugs and road debri protection.

Careful if your ordering new.  Shocked
You need to relocate your signal lights onto a light bar so you can use the signal light mounts as the top supports for the lowers. National cycle designed the lowers that way so they could sell they're light bar along with the lowers.
I got my set from a member here brand new. He didn't tell me I would need the light bar  Angry, which is most likely what he found out after he originally purchased them  Roll Eyes.
I haven't spent the time, but it shouldn't be tough to get a clamp of sorts for the top.
