I am looking at replacing my front brake discs. Here in Canada, the local dealer wants $525 for the right disc and $542 for the left. I have found that Cheqp Cycle Parts is offering the same part #'s for $178.

Has anyone purchased these and are they truly OEM products? I am somewhat sceptical because of the vast difference in price. I sure would appreciate any comments.

Thanks
Mike

Well, I know that $525 figure ought to buy both of them on HDL.

If you can look at the less expensive ones you should be able to tell if they're OEM.

Aftermarket rotors are few and far between so if they are a good copy, they ought to be good quality in my estimation.

There's no one I know of that would go to the expense to make cheap copies for a bike that's been out of production for over 10 years. It would make no sense.

GL1800 Wing rotors are a direct fit as well as some of the CBR 600 rotors. I have wing rotors on my Tourer. They work perfect.

I put EBC from across the pond on mine quite some time ago, along with  their pads.

I've got more miles on these pads than I ever had on any of my OEM's.

The above link is the ones I have.    Looks like they are on sale now.
