Don't remember who turned me on to this stuff but it was a Valk forum member.  If you ain't tried it, you owe it to yourself and your ride.

Yeah, and it makes a garage floor slippery as hell.  I had a bottle about 3/4 full fall off my bench, broke, and splattered all over the floor.  At least it is shiny! Shocked  I need to get another bottle.

Yes, I do, and now I suppose ya want to know the name of the wax...

It has a One in it.  Damn that pees me off when my fur getter does all this fur gettin.

Eagle One.  It just came to me.  I got it on one of my Power Tour runs.  I think they are out of California and I think, again my brain doesn't always work as expected, I have seen the stuff at Auto Zone....

I end a day's trip at the Motel or in my garage and I drag the bottle of Plastic Polish out.   Squirt some on the wind shield, rub it in with my bare hand and take off all the dirt and bugs and etc that I can.  Then take a very soft rag, mine is a old diaper.     Diaper gets washed once a month if I remember to bring it in.  LOL.

Now, if I have gone through those damn Love bugs that Florida gets every so often, I have a old 'T' shirt that I get soaking wet in HOT water.  Slip the shirt onto the shield like you would if ya was a wearing it, and let it soak for about  10 or 15 minutes.   When ya think the crap is loose, take the T off and wipe what excess you can get off.

Then do the bare hand rub down with the Eagle One Polish.......   After a couple of treatments or wash downs, the water from the rain will run off the shield like it had been Rain-X'ed....   By the way, DO NOT put that crap on your bike's shield,  Rain-X I'm referring to...

Was just browsing and came across this post.  Seems all agree it is GOOD stuff, but nobody mentioned the name of the GOOD  stuff.  Can somebody clue me in?  I have not used the Eagle one Wax, but their leather conditioner is good.  Use it on the seats in my wife's Saab all the time.  (okay, not all that often, just when she insists)  Stan
