DFW VRCC October 2008 Meeting
Thursday 10/9/08 DFW VRCC Club meeting
Joe's Crab Shack in Grapevine ( Main St. and 114)
Come at 7:00PM to eat, and the meeting will start at 8:00PM.
Agenda items:
- Discuss past events and rides (Chicken fried steak @ Mary’s café in Strawn, Ranger’s Barbeque, Ride-4 the Kids)
- Explore JC offer to have a cookout / pool party in October at his house after a ride.
- Look into having a wrench party. Mark (Rainmaker) offered his warehouse in the Mid-Cities as a location for a wrench party. We’ll need tools and jacks.
- Other ideas for upcoming rides (East, North and West of DFW). Bring the name of your favorite stretch of road. We'll include it in future rides.
- Come tell the group: some tall tales, good service stories, great stretches of road, anything that involves riding bikes (preferably Valkyries).
- Don't throw them away! Bring your old motorcycle magazines to the meeting for others to read.

2. Rod’s Barbeque in Canton
3. Wildcatters Steakhouse, 7 miles southeast of the city of Graham . Near Possum Kingdom .
4. Collin Street bakery in Corsicana which produces German fruitcakes
5. Whitesboro Catfish Platter Sat 75-377W-82n
6. “The Shed” in Odom for Pie
