We have the Dark Siders, the Far Riders, and now the Zero Miles club. The only one I qualify for is the Dark Siders. My Valk with 38,000 miles won't qualify for the O club, and I sure wouldn't begin to qualify for the Far Riders Club .................So, I'm forming a new club where I will consent to be a charter member. Are you ready? The Four Score Two wheel Club is for riders 80 years and older. There's not many advantages to being old and decrepit but being deceitful at my age, I came up with this brilliant idea. Whaddya think

Point well taken, Carl. The Four Score Two wheel Club doesn't discriminate. The Valk at the present has three wheel but will have two in a few weeks. However, my other motorcycle seems to have only two wheels(unfortunately two less cylinders) so I still qualify for the Four Score Two wheels Club. You see, I can make up the rules as I go along. Devious, Oh Yeah!

You know that's a side hack, and it's not three wheels on the bike. As for the Four Score Club, I think it's a great idea but have few more years before I qualify. Maybe a junior member....3.6 score club.

And you have them waiting in line to join. I'm still twenty-two years out and the prospects don't lend themselves to optimism.

I qualify for Dark Siders with my sidecar rig and now my travel i/s. I'm not sure what the requirements are for the Far Riders, but I'd like to think I'm close at least....

Solo1,
Love the sidecar! I’ve always wanted to ride in one ever since I was a little kid!! You and I are a lot alike, my wife hates the cycle, she rode with me once, and that was it! Even though she had her cycle license before an automobile license she doesn’t like riding. She says it’s when I bank on a turn that scares the crap out of her. I’d love to get a sidecar for the cycle, any advice?

Al As I mentioned in previous threads, my wife died seven years ago, never rode. Here is a pic of my friend, Millie, and she enjoyed her short ride in the 'car. However, she is older than I and has osteoporosis so she will not be riding again. Sidecaring is a completely different experience. Ask Lyndel too. I would be glad to talk about it. Send me an internal message from the VRCC board with your email addy and I will get back with you. There are good things and not so good things about sidecaring, depending on the individual's attitude. BTW, my sidecar is sold. Mark, my son MAD6gun, will be taking it off the Valk soon. solo1, Wayne

Just like parents registering their newborns in some tony pre-school, put me down for the "Four Scores Two Wheel Club", lemme see,, bout 18 years!
