Anyone ever been?

I went every year for many years and ran the 15K race and enjoyed the festivities after the race.
The German food and entertainment are great.
Had to quit racing after I ruptured a quad tendon in knee thanks to an SOB who pulled out in front of me while on my motorcycle.
I can't go this year, I have a conflict but highly recommend. i would go otherwise.

I've been , like to walk around in the cookoff area and look at the customade smokers. Stock up on German sausage . I would ride up.
