the front forks have oil and collective road dirt. thought it was the brake master. that's still good. the stealer dealer did change the oil about 6 months ago. now looks like its leaking. maybe they over filled?

Interesting. I could make that tool out of a teflon sheet. aka: cutting board. Just need to find out about the dust cover removal, if it can be done. item 27 on fork assembly  cooldude

The dust cover is removed by prying it up with a very small screwdriver. It's just pressed in and isn't very tight.
