the prices listed cover a 3 day period. $89/3 = $30/day general admission + $10 or $20 per day to park.

I have never been to one of these events and am not going to this one
I do have a question about these type of events:
If money was no object and you could sit anywhere you wanted to watch the race...where would you sit? Grandstand? turn 1? turn 15? other?
