I'll post tomorrow about what we saw today, but let's just say, it was part of the reason for the Magical HISTORY Tour.  Great day.  Just got back in the room and need to call Bear and wish him Happy Birthday - ride report tomorrow.

Just to prove we were actually there.....

Another picture of this place we saw today....

OH YEAH, we saw some Natural History, some Air and Space Stuff, some Indian History and some little paper that had some stuff written on it......

Ride report tomorrow!!!!  Man, we get to feel the wind again tomorrow - we are outta here!!!  Got the passports and everything to cross the Mason Dixon tomorrow......

We are still having a ball......good time thus far - good ride!!!!!!!

Like I said - I will post the report when I can.....

Awesome wind and history ride thus far.  Left a week ago and seen a thing or two and that was the whole point!!!!!

I mean in one week, we have gotten to see:

The final resting place of 6 Presidents
Two White Houses
Four Capitals
6 Roller Coasters
8 Major Memorials
3 Major Documents of Independance
Houses of three Presidents
Place where the first succesful Colony was established
One Colonial Battlefield
Arlington Cemetery
3 final resting places of Major Confederate Generals
1 stuffed General's horse
1 General's Horse's burial spot and memorial
3 Colonial Colleges
The town where the most one sided Confederate victory was achieved
4 train rides
Union Station
Two parking tickets  Shocked
Been denied access to two musuems because of "weapons"  Roll Eyes
(Yep - Country come to town ya'll)
THE Confederate Museum
5 Major National Musuems
The only plaque in Washington that mentions the Confederacy
A visit to the Cullman Downtown Grill
2 swims in a swimming pool
6 States plus the District of Columbia

(and wind with Smokin'Joe, Lucky13, Big Al, Lady Draco and Highbinder and a visit with Winghot)

Plus some awesome roads and good times (and a drink of stumpwater here and there and a good meal or two) and the stuff seen in between.

Plus (plus) sharing it all with a good friend of mine....get to sit back each evening and talk about what we just saw.

Yep, I would say that we are having a BALL!!!!!

Yessir - a ball, I would say!!!! Now, it is time to get NORTH BOUND AND DOWN!!!!!!!! cooldude cooldude

Vini - Vici - Later...

(We came, we saw, we left!)

Yes, we could have ridden the Blue Ridge up and stayed on some scenic roads (lots of green roads on the Virginia map - LOTS) but we may be able to catch them on the way back down - this ride was about what we could do and see.....The Magical History TOUR.

I mean, man, this was a letter from George Washinton to the Senate concerning Rhode Island's ratification of the Bill of Rights - February 15, 1790.  What penmanship our first President had (and we have been to the town where Cornwallis surrendered to him when he was a General).  We are learning a bunch on this ride - a good one, you betcha!!!!!

Yessir!  A ball is being had by all on the ride thus far (with so much ahead!)

Hey dude...if you are crossing the Canadian border...remember to strap your weapons to the gas tank (duck tape will work)...as long as the custom's officers can see them in plain view, you will sail right through  angel angel...
Look forward to seeing you up here if you make it...Pam has a Bloody Caesar waiting for you...and by the way, I'm kidding...if they ask if you have any weapons...say "NO"!

You can only go half way into the darkest forest before you are coming out the other side, unless of course, you have been walking in circles...
