hi all, i have a 2000 IS. it had a lowboy seat on it when i got it. this jan i bought a bigboy seat when they  were having their winter sale. i'm 6'3" 260lbs. now i like the leg room but its a reach to get to the bars.  i think the bigboy seat moves you back 2" from standard. do they make a 1 to 2" riser for the valk, and will i have to rewire anything to put it on?  TIA

I had to move my throttle cables inside the bar instead of over the bar for these. No other rewiring needed.

Ur...and DON'T get the one on the left... Smiley

Don't know if they still make them, but I used Showchrome risers on an Interstate and a Standard.  Helped a lot, no new cables needed.

These were posted on this board a year or so ago. Didn't look like much but I was getting a shoulder pain after a few hours in the saddle. I bought a pair from E-bay thinking that a slight change in my hand position might change the tension in my upper back/shoulders.
No cable problems and no more discomfort in the areas I mentioned. Sometimes we go to extremes when a slight adjustment is plenty.

All I can find in my records is;  2/1/11 -Handlebar risers -58.90-E-Bay

I'll look in the garage and see if there is any packaging hanging on a nail.

I believe the ones Daniel was showing are Aeromachs.

I put on a set of generic Duece risers as many others have here.  Very functional and minimal hassle to install.  You do have to re-route the cables behind the triple trees and drill the tree for 1/2" bolts.  Barely a whiskers worth of aluminum.
