I'm in the process of replacing the orings on the three prong fuel rail due to a leak.

Im also doing a desmog when I noticed the fuel line has a permanent dent in it.

I'm going to replace it since everything is apart just to be safe.

The bike seemed to be running good with the dent in it.

Anyone else have this same dent?

Your dent looks like it has teeth marks in from pliers or something. Has someone else worked on your carbs? I just replaced those lines this spring myself after removing the smog junk only because of the years on them. I suggest you replace all the O-rings on the fuel rails at the same time. I did just one joint years ago and had to go back in about 6 months later to replace them all as a fuel leak developed on the other side that wasn't disturb. Just my opinion.

Rich at redeye sells the correct O-rings. It is suggested here to use dielectric grease for the O-ring lube.
