So I have been using the search feature and the shop talk section. Now I am confused. I read in one of the glass pack mods were he stated the stacks need to be 4" ID not od. Some of the other post specify that their stacks are 4"od.......Who is right? Really don't have the money to experiment with the size.

Sorry I don't want to waste any ones time, its just I came across this sentence in the Jeff K mod (I believe)

"I didn't take many pics of this project. I was too busy cutting up my $1,200 stock pipes. I bought the stacks from a local truck dealer, they have to be 4" ID not OD."

Strange, every one I have deal with it 4" od. I make exhaust tips, sold quite a few, and they fit 4" OD pipes.

Thank You Grumpy, that's what I thought just got confused when I read the specific line in one of the glass pack mods that said 4" ID.

I think Jeff was saying the cost of new replacement pipes at that time were $1200.00.
