Hey all,
I see on the VRCC main board that there are a good number of us in the las vegas, nv area, but haven't been able to get ahold of anyone about the local chapter.  Does anyone know anything about it?  does it still exist?  I jsut bought a 98 tourer last month and would love to join others if they are getting together.
the other part of my question is that, I have never riden another valk, so i am not positive, but from what you all say and what I have read, it feels like mine is missing some power.  If any of you are arround the vegas area, maybe we could get together and I could get a second opinion.  I just want to know one way or the other, because I have no actual frame of reference.
looking forward to a group ride. coolsmiley

Glendale Az. here. You might want to hit the tech board with a more detailed description of what's happening with your bike. Whole lotta good wrench brains over there for sure!! Smiley

there are some great brains on this board, and lots of people who are more than happy to help, as I have found.  but what I really want is an actual comparison so that I can be sure that I am "missing power" and that it is not just high expectations due to hype from mag reviews, if that makes sense.
