I am 62 and love this bike. Bought it 4 years ago. This is a 2001 Valkyrie and I've added a radio bag and mounted an am/fm stereo radio/cd player into the bag. Hooked into the acc.wire under the seat. The speakers are mounted in round tupperware containers on the bottom of the windshield. I've also extended the sissy bar back with 3/4 inch plywood covered with black nulgahide and foam padding. Also replaced the horn with dual electric 130db horns with a relay switch so the horn button won't burn up. Added a voltmeter on the windshield between the odometer and tach and replaced the passenger pegs with floor boards. Added hiway pegs on rollbar for myself. Put an accessory socket on bottom left corner of windshield for the gps which goes on a bracket that I mounted on top of the radio bag. Bubby

Hey Bub,
Do you snap on the lids for weather protection?
If so, ya can’t argue with that as an elegant engineering solution!
