We found out today that the other guys insurance WILL cover the expenses.  They had to conduct their little "investigation"... so they decided to believe the police report.

Now we just have to wait on the adjuster to come out and decide if its totalled or not.  Were already looking for a replacement vehicle.....I think they are going to say its un-repairable......

Everyone is still doing fine, my jaw and face feel all back to normal........

Glad your ok. Sucks about the truck though.

I have a Ranger. Not a lot of fun to drive, but its absolutly bullitproof. 1 ball joint, tires, and brakes. Hell it still has the origional battery, and its ten years old.
