Been noticing a rattle noise when riding. The left side radiator chrome is tight, but the right side is loose. It pivots from about the middle point. I can easily rock it. Seems like this could be the noise.  How is this mounted, and how can it be tightened up.

Remove reflector, tighten mounting screw, throw away reflector, clean off mounting tape residue.

I have a rattle coming from that area as well when I go over bumps. Mine isn't coming from the sides though. From what I've found, my problem is the mesh part slaps against the radiator itself. Not real sure how to quiet that down, maybe put a small piece of rubber between the rad and the grill.

On mine we shot a small squirt of silicone in each corner.

Pushed on each corner to make sure it got a chance to stick.

Crude way to fix, but it worked.

When you remove the reflector, you may find the ABS plastic broken up around the screw mounting area,,, if so, a clunky repair with ABS cement or what R J said.

I had a rattle in the front end too.  The radiator top bolt was loose and I shimmed the cover with some strips of foam insulation to fix it.
