Desmog Kit

I know I saw an ad somewhere for the Desmog kit. Anyone know who sells it. It had the freeze plugs and blank plates, looked like the whole thing.

Forgive me for not taking my Bike apart yet to see where all of this hooks up.

But based on a picture

it seems if use the Freeze Plug Kit and Remove all SMog Equip you no longer need the Vacuum Cap Desmog kit is this correct ?

And What Aplication is these freeze plugs from ?  I guess a smart Parts Guy could find the correct size

but here in Arizona The Auto Zones and Checkers seemed to Out fox the Napa's and good auto parts stores I grew up with in the Midwest.
