I may have a degree in 'red neck engineering'  2funny

one of the screws that held on the radiator cover fell out some miles ago, when I pulled the others out to take a look the 'ears' on the top left were broken. at least the clip was still there.


my solution was to cut a piece of thin sheet metal and roughly shape it to match the profile of the ABS cover.



then I epoxyed them together and clamped'em and let them sit over night.



I replaced the old screws with new cap screws and it's done...

I did the same thing. More drying out of the plastic and I had to replace them anyway.
