Give the starter relay a check.

The leads on mine were melted, as was the main (hot) wire going into it.  I rewired the whole thing and things got a little better for me.

Does the starter relay click?? Check the connections on it. Got to start somewhere.

Even tho you've replaced the starter switch, I'd take it apart and clean it.

Battery terminals tight?

Check the easy stuff first.

Take the battery cables off the engine ground, clean em up good, put them back together.     They will corrode real easy.    I run my cable to the frame, and then added a short cable from there to the aluminum engine mount.    Oh, I forgot, the cable to the aluminum engine, when yea get it clean and remounted, paint it with clear finger nail polish.     That seems to give it a nice seal so as to keep that corroding out.
