the problem with this setup is that my fuel valve still hits the silicone tubing, even after cutting the corners ar sharp as i think is possible.
i am going to get rid of that fuel valve, and try to mount a direct bung on the tank, with a shut off valve type AFC161, which has a 0.3125 orifice and a 3/8 NPT connection.

in the upgrade kit i received from Magnacharger the Mikuni 45 HSR was equipped with a main jet drilled to a size 220, and a needle 8CFY2-97, with the clip in the 3rd position.

i had already set the needle 1 notch higher after a couple of test runs.

this week  i went to the dyno to check air ratio's and power.
i was happy to find the following, on the first run :
- needle setting in 4th notch gave correct air ratio while on the needle  cooldude
- 140bhp@ 6058 rpm and 186.4 Nm (= 137 ft lb) @ 4891 rpm.

after drilling out the main jet to a size 230, i ended up with a 145 bhp at 5934 rpm, and 187.7 Nm (= 138.4 ft lb) or torque  Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin

unfortunately i also found she start to ping above 6000 rpm, so i will have to address the timing.

Fortunately i got a contact on a company that produces fully programmable ignition modules, mostly for racing purposes, but also produces one of a kinds, for a very reasonable price.
i will keep you posted how this evolves.

if someone wants me to inquire also for a US model, i need to send a clear high res picture or schematic showing all cable colors and their position on the ICM connector.
a wiring layout i have.
i guess a numbered schematic will also do.

to be continued.
