Did you read any of the responses in part 1 and part 2 ??
If the vacuum line is dry, it is the float needle sticking open.
Pretty simple.
No need to start a new thread each time. Just reply to your original thread....Or this one now.
If the guys here ask a question, answer it and you will get it fixed much faster.

Do not keep trying to start it with fuel in a cylinder. Your problem right now is easy. If you break the starter gears you will have a big project.
