Planning a ride now for Sunday, June 23rd to east Texas and an all-you-can-eat catfish lunch at Vaughn's.  This is a world famous place and we've been there once, but it's been too long since that visit.

Looking for a headcount.

I had dinner there last Sat night and the Sat night before that!  I skip the catfish and go straight to the "all you can eat" shrimp.  People at our table had shrimp, catfish filets, whole catfish, and oysters. They don't open til 4p on Sat and at noon on Sunday.  Can't ask for better food and they will just keep bringing it as long as you'll eat it.

Unless plans change I will already be camped about 3 miles from there and will meet you guys for lunch.  If you let me know that morning a headcount when you leave Rockwall I'll arrive early and have the table ready.
