Need a Valk Mechanic in Ventura Co CA.

I have a 97' that has been sitting too long and won't run. I can just get it started, but it won't run without the choke on full. It does not sound like it is fireing evenly on the Kick Stand side. I believe the carbs are fouled and need to be gone through.
I am in Moorpark in Ventura Co CA. Can anyone recommend a Mechanic in this area?

Sounds like typical long term storeage.
Do a search for carb cleaner, and read up on what people have done, and how far they have gotten on just adding it to their fuel.
The short of it, drain the old fuel, add new gas (2+/-gals) and 1/2 bottle of 1 type of carb cleaner. Mix it in the tank. Run bike (however you can) for at least 10 min. Stop. let it soak for a day. Do again. You want the bike to try to idle.
After the 2 gals, fresh fuel and a different cleaner, and do it all over again.
Recommened cleaners are Seafoam, Chevron Techron and Berrymans B-12. There are others, and try them too. You want a low rpm for the engine. Take it for a ride, drive slow in a high gear.
I run Chevron fuel through my bike as much as I can.
