Before long I'll be pulling the final apart for it's 10k check up, probably replace the brake pads, and possibly the shock bushings I got from Gary a while back. That's assuming I don't put new lower shocks on it. And, while I'm at it thought I'd try the beads since I don't like the appearance of the stick on balance weights now on my chromed wheels.

Mine seem great - SMOOTH to 90, installed about a month ago, front & rear. Will let you know how they run over 100 mph when I get a clear safe road to open her up.

How are they at say 10-20mph??
Just curious, especially with the C/T in the rear,, some site say too much beads is ok like an extra ounce or two,, any opinions about that?

I put them in my rear tire on my Magna when I went to the darkside on it and I pulled the weight off and smooth as glass at all speeds. Going to get some for the Valk when I get to the house!!

My bike is smooth at any speed I'm willing to ride at, WITHOUT dynabeads. How do I know that dynabeads aren't just a waste of money? Exactly what problem would I be fixing, if I installed them? I understand the concept, and it makes good sense, but I've always been a skeptic when It comes to things like this. -Scott

I guess the only way to prove it is if you have wheel weights on pull them off!!! Now hows the ride ... Then spend the 21 dollars and maybe some shipping and put the dyna beads in.. That should help decide LOL Now I do not know if they work but I did take the 2 ounce weight off my rear rim when I put them in and have felt no off balance..

I have 'em in 4 tires and both bikes are smooth from stop to as fast as I care to go. I put them in the Rumblebee before riding to InZane last year and removed almost 3 oz of lead the dealer had to use to balance the new rear Cobra. The 2,700 mile ride made me a believer. 2 oz in front, 3 oz in rear.

$21? Geez. Wheel weights are cheap and balance my tires just fine! Heck, I haven't even had to buy any extra wheel weights in the last 50k miles of riding. -Scott

Has anyone used dynabeads on a bike with a pressure monitor clamped to the wheel? Yes, I have a Doran 360 TPMS on the 'wing with the pressure sensors mounted to the valvestems INSIDE the rims with no problems. Please note that if the sensors are already inside the tire, you can't pour the beads through them, you have to break the bead. $21? Geez. Wheel weights are cheap and balance my tires just fine! Heck, I haven't even had to buy any extra wheel weights in the last 50k miles of riding. Used lead weights are cool because you can use them as x-ray sheilds and melt them down to make bullets! Used dynabeads are reuseable as, well, dynabeads.
