No Brewery tour Tues or Wed as these two runs will be approx 260 M. with wed being a hair longer. These Runs will be Rain or shine. Affording you to see some fantastic country North of Lacrosse and on the wi. side. You'll get a good taste of the Mississippi and a country tour that'll knock your socks off. Tues run I trimed so you can get back in time to make the Block Party. Normal driving times.   Itinerary:    Who ever wants to go you will eat breakfest, gas up, meet in the motel lobby and leave at 830 sharp. We'll go north to Winona on 14 jump the river, 35 through Buffalo City stopping at Buena Vista Park on the bluff above Alma to get a great view of the Mississippi and a lock & dam and the moving up river to the Nelson Cheese Factory at 1045, they don't make cheese there but are a real great ice cream stop however they sell meets, cheezes & wine.  Following 35 up through Maidan Rock. we'll leave the river Co.A and end up at Elmwood approx 1220 for a fast gas / snack 20-25Min. (I was hoping for some fantastic Pizza but the place will be closed.) moving on we'll find our way to a cheeze factory just west of Durand and then wiggle our way down to Progg for some pop or beer at the bar there because it is really neet. from there we will travel through Waumandee and slip past the Waumandee House (A real nice food/ bar/ and cabin stop.) Going up & run the ridge on 95 Down to Fountain City. From there we will go to and throuh Mindoro ( N.E. of LaCrosse) and go through I believe which is the largest Hand Cut Pass in the U.S.. Then go back to LaCrosse Stopping at The North Country Steak Buffet at 435 or before for 1hr max to eat and get back to the Motel by 545 in time for the Block Party. If you want to go some place else to eat like the Pizza Hut right down the road we can do that to.

This is concrete,  Watch for the sheet to be posted. If you want to talk to us we'll be selling raffel tickets Mon. 11-1 0r probebly be waring a bright red Wi.ABATE shirt. or you can look us up in our room under Greg Koller or call 715-5775187. all else fails just meet us in the lobby before 830 Tues or wed .                         If nobody wants to go I will maybe take my wife on a river boat cruise. Also if you want to do it by your self you can.                       Another thing if you dont want to go I would Highly Recamend taking a self guided tour down river and take the Cassvile Car Ferry ( it is running) for $8 across the river and back up river on the east side it is really a great run.
