Any of you folks got tall bars on your Valkyrie? I'm curious as to how tall I can go with the stock cables.

Before I'd worrry about how high the stock cables will go, I'd inquire with the local Police and find out what the highest length you can have by law.

The most movement you can get with standard valk bars and stock cables is about 4" tall risers (vrs the 2 1/8" stock risers), so even mini-apes are going to require cable and electrical lines work.  Good luck with that.

factory handlebars are 13-3/4" above the highest point on a stock seat

RJ...They never bother us here in Alabama, only when we go to the Florida (Thunder Beach Rally).

Before I'd worrry about how high the stock cables will go, I'd inquire with the local Police and find out what the highest length you can have by law.
