Will the chrome covers for each reservoir from a 1500 Goldwing fit a Valkyrie? If not, where can I get a set?

I'm almost positive they will fit. If not try Amazon.com. They have all kinds of Valkyrie parts,

I believe not only the GW, but some (if not most/all) Shadows, and possibly Hondas in general. I've seen them around for as little as $15 each.

Show Chrome and Cobra make lots of "farkle" for your reservoirs.

WHY DON'T YOU TAKE THE STOCK VALK COVERS .... TAKE OFF THE CLEAR COAT, AND POLISH THEM .... THEY LOOK BETTER THAN ANY AFTERMARKET ONES YOU WILL FIND ONCE THEY ARE POLISHED.
