Guys - I'm a bit stumped.  I just took possession of a new Valkyrie ( '98 Tourer ) with Mustang seats. I had Ultimates on my last Valk.  This seat looks to be permanently bolted down?  I see one bolt in the very back end of the passenger seat - removed it, but then what?  How to remove the seat? I want to remove both to get at the battery compartment - but I can't find a latch or trick to remove it?

You need to remove the front seat first.... with the key lock under the seat on the center cover.  Once that is removed there are two bolts on the front of the rear seat.

Should be same for Ultimate I believe......

How did you remove the Ultimate seats from your last Valkyrie?

Thanks guys I found it. Feel kinda stupid, but I must have missed it when I was looking.  My old Valk had a broken latch I guess, b/c the Ultimate seat just lifted off..

So your previous Valk had what could have been an ejection seat?  Wink
