Take a line loose and cut about a 3/4" off of it.

Take it to the Auto Parts store of your choice and buy about 8' of hose.

If I was at the shop I could tell ya what size it is, but I'm not.

the only kit type that I have seen for sale is the products made by red eye tech and it still isn't a complete kit and if you are buying anything pre cut you are paying way more than buying hose in bulk lengths at any auto supply store and cutting pieces to match the ones you remove

HDL has an OEM bulk roll of 3.5mm vacuum hose. It's 3000mm which worked out to approx 26 ft. If you replace the pair valve and petcock tubing, you'll use about 4 ft. I've repaired a few othe valks and sold pieces to recoup some of my costs.

RJ! 8' really.........REALLY  If you get 3' you will have extra.  Its 5/32 ID but get fuel line instead of vacuum line.  A lot of vacuum line is plastic, kinda like windshield washer line.  Fuel line is double walled rubber that wont ever crack.  pick up a handful of nipple plugs while you are there and thats all you need

Yep, good heavy 5/32 " works fine and will last a long time. It makes good intake caps as well.

If I'm cutting hose, 9 out of 10 times I screw it up.   We have a squeeze cutter and for some reason or another, I can never get it to cut straight.    My son says because I'm using a right hand cutter left handed.    Little smart ass.   LOL

Thanks for adding the double wall gas line,  I forgot that in my post.

Until you desmog you have 4 nipples that need caps.  Many overlook the cracking of the OEM caps, that causes vacuum leaks too

If the vacuum lines/caps haven't been changed in 12 years, its about 8 years over due. As said, the 5/32" heavy line also makes good caps. Just find a nice headed tight fitting cap screw and insert.
