Does anybody know of a way to setup a quick disconnect for the luggage rack of a 98 Standard?

its a 8 or 10 mm socket how fast do you need to take it off 4 bolts isn't long but jardine makes a snapon one for 150 or so I think

Thanks for the input. I'm going to be adding a trunk, probably from Leatherlyke, and wanted an easy way to take it off.
