Sorry for the delay, but:
We've been discussing going to a different location when it's the north side's turn. So, as per a suggestion from the north side, tomorrow we'll be at:

Coming from the south, exit FM2920. Rudy's is right after the overpass for Louetta. From the north, exit Louetta, left over the frwy, and left into the parking lot of Rudy's.
