stripped screw

The very last screw as always 
The screw that bolts the rotor to the wheel stripped,tried one size larger no go so i'm screwed
Any suggestions?
Was thinking taking a dremel and making a slot to try with a screw driver what do you think?

Should be able to get an ez-out large enough to do the job

I have had luck hitting the screw rather hard several times to jar it loose then driving the next closest size allen or sometimes star drive bit into the screw head.
Remember righty tighty lefty loosey!!!!

Tried the size larger already so going to the easy out or star tomorrow.

You could grind the head off, once the rotor is off there should be a 1/4 inch of bilt to get a pair of vice grips on, if that don't work - ez out.  (whack 'er good with a hammer a couple times before trying anything)

I would suggest a soaking in penetrating oil over time.  Those threads are of different metals and tend to severely corrode.  Try building up a cavity to hold a quantity of penetrating oil over the screw and soak it for at least 24 hours.  The cavity could be made of any plastic bottle top, hole drilled in the center, silicone sealed over to the screw to the rotor.  Let the silicone dry before adding the oil.

I always use valve grinding compound on all fasteners that are suspect of stripping or don't loosen readily, drilling out fasteners gets old fast. Fine medium or coarse , just use it... probably something on you tube about it maybe??
