finally hit 200,000 miles this month on a trip to the east coast and back to ft. smith.  curious as to how many of the rest of us have 200,000 miles or more.  mine is a black and chrome 2000 interstate.

I bought my '98 Tourer new 15 years ago this week.  Yesterday the odometer read 165,600 miles.

In all those miles the only significant issues were a rear wheel bearing at around 52K and sheared rivets in the clutch damper plate at around 140K.  BTW, the replacement bearing (from NAPA) was still fine when I changed the tire a few weeks ago, so the problem with all the failures may have been a bad batch from a supplier.

My '99 I/S now has about 90,000 miles.  When I bought it used it had 6,800 miles.

my 1997 red and white standard still 100% stock. has 160,000 the only problem was yoke went out in the canadian rockies cost me 3 times the value but hey it needed it normal wear and tear all compression on cylinders 165 to 170 at 140,000 cool i can see why these bikes last over 400,000 miles Cool
