  Hey Guys I have some friends , Jeff he has a Valk & Frenchy has a Goldwing (Donald ) are riding in from Indianapolis this coming Sunday July 28 for a vacation from the V.A. and the Flat Lands of Indiana  .....  They are staying with me for the next 2 weeks and I wanted to show Jeff our Beautiful Hill Country and THE THREE SISTERS ROUTE ...... Frenchy used to live here in SA and was working at our local VA Hospital BUT got transfered up to Indianapolis and has been up there for the last 3 years but wants to tranfer back ASAP ..... I am off from school for the summer so during the week we'll be doing a little riding in the mean time ...... Soooooo the weekend of Aug. 3 Sat. & Aug. Sun. . maybe we could go for a Break/ Brunch ride up to Blanco and then go ride later ....... Any of the Centex boys interested in showing Jeff our Beautiful Hills & Curves ????  Thanks the Geezer  crazy2

  OK hers's the plan , I wanted to meet up at the Exon Gas Station on the corner of Hwy. 281 North & Hwy. 46 around 8:30 - 9:00 ish and then ride up up to Blanco around for a Lite Breakfast and then head on out 281 North to FM 1888 , I believe to Luckenback to show my friends a little Hill Country before it gets toooo Hot  Evil for them being from Indiana and Lilly White   Shocked, and then head home before the heat sets in Lips Sealed  ..... We have been riding and having lunch everyday and getting home around 4:00 ish , they seem to be losing that Lilly White color Grin and getting a good tan  Cool  .... Anyway I'll be sending out text messages and see who all interested .....  Thanks The Geezer  crazy2

Barring any unexpected interference from life events, count me in.  Haven't taken the Rune out for a recreational ride beyond Hills and Dales in ages.

Quick update...  Mostly doing ok.  Job change due to attrition on a different contract: I got to backfill the position.  Still doin' the guvmint contracting thing.  I might not have mentioned going to work for a different company a little over a year ago: old employer decided to get out of the government contracting business (too much paperwork for too little gain), so that meant he had no positions that could justify what I was earning at the time.  I didn't lose anything switching companies, so there's *that* at least.

River *may* join us, but that mostly depends on whether recent GI issues flare up.  Regardless, I've been given a kitchen pass.  I'll check with brother Hank: he's close to 100% after his wreck several months ago, and a short shakedown cruise is exactly what his VTX needs at this point.  Got his broken mirror mount replaced last weekend (the JB-weld didn't hold), so he should be good to go if his wife will let him Roll Eyes.

Hey Wabbit ( Bob ) , there will proably be 6 of us waiting at the Exon Gas Station Sat. morning plus who ever comes with you , HOPE HANK CAN MAKE IT  coolsmiley .... I spoke with Charlie (f-stop) & Greg (bull goose) and they will be in Blanco at the town square waiting on us I guess  Grin .... Greg said he was going to try and make it if his neck ain't bothering him too much , hope your feeling up to riding Greg  cooldude .... Soooo this ought to be an interesting Sat. morning .... Also there will be a young lady there on her New Can-Am with some friends  cooldude .... Looking forward to seeing everybody again  Cheesy ....  Thanks the Geezer  crazy2

  Hey Charlie , it was great see ya , its been a while since we have gotten together  tickedoff ..... That sure was a nice Breakfast group sitting in the Blanco Bowling Alley Sat. morning  cooldude , there was Me , Lisa , Frenchy , Jeff , Linda , Rick , Tommy , Bob & Charlie .... We all went out to Luckenback to show Frenchy & Jeff what down town Luckenback looks like  Cheesy  ....  Afterwards ( Bob had to leave ) we went out to Alberts Bar & Grill for some verticical refreshment under shade of the Live Oak trees .... We finally ( Me , Lisa , Frenchy , Jeff & Tommy ) decided about 4:30 to head back to Blanco & top off the gas tanks & head home for some A/C , finally we got home around 6:00 ish ...  Frenchy & Jeff have to head home on Tues. morning to make by Thur. & back to work on Monday & sporting a nice tan to show off  .....  It sure has been great seeing my friends from Indianapolis & sorry to see them leave Cry  .... To be continued & Ride Safe my good friends , Thanks the Geezer  crazy2
