pin stripe

I have a 1999 black and silver tourer. I needed to get repairs made to the saddlebags therefore needed painting. The body shop that is doing the job cannot find pinstriping that matches the original. Does anyone know where I can find the matching pin stripes.

Try HDL for your year and model.

I had my paint shop color match the pinstripes rather than use the OEM decals...might be a lot easier and cheaper to go this way. They painted the pinstripe color first then masked off the stripes and painted the two tone colors which they also color matched with their paint matching "gizmo" device. Came out to a spot on match to the bike.
Good luck.

Here's mine with do-it-yourself stick-on double white pinstripe. Old BMW look.... it is not reflective, but does show up well at night.

Doesn't show up at all without a Delphi Forums logon, apparently

When I had mine painted, they just painted the pinstripe on. Matches great.

Thanks for the suggestions. I ordered the stripe from HDL.
