Weekend get together!

Okay this is long over due, another Kansas Valkyrie Riders weekend! I have been working on this a few days and I have a couple of questions.

#1) Is the 14-15th of September to soon, or do able for most.

#2) Would October be a better month to try this?

#3) Should we wait till next year?

I am sure everyone is going where is it, well all I will say is it is in a "centrally located location"! I am working with a motel now trying to work out some details and a rate. I told them I thought we could get 15-20 rooms rented. So now I need to know if we can do that. 

So chime in and let me know.

The Missouri color fall ride is in October. So I think  if we are going to do this September would be best.

With InZane just ending, the Mo Fall Color ride in October, is September even an option? Or is that taxing everyone's abilities/resources?

Looks Like I'll Be Taking Some Vacation Time For This To Happen... As Soon As You Nail Down A Time/Date The Better Chance I Have Of Getting Off.

Without stealing JoeValkIS's thunder I have confirmed October will not be happening for Kansas Weekend.

It is rather apparent that a weekend get together will not be happening in September or October this year, just too many things working against everyone. November and December bring the holidays and family commitments.  I will be working on this for this next year. So with that in mind, when?
