Yup, i have it (i guess, others too), and am happy with it. No mercury, that´s a good thing. While using, it should hang vertical, at the handlebar, i.e., so that the rod´s are allowed to move free. I use it for the right bank, then switch to the left, right again, and so on, until the engine runs like i want.

The reason I asked is I used my four column and I still seem to have issues with my sync. I used to use my TwinMax But I then got the Carbtune. I am waiting for a two column to come in so I ca view all cylinders at the same time. I was concerned with calibration of the column which I have read on other forums, that people have had problems with.

I have one and it works well. There really is no calibration. If you want to check the Carbtune, just hook all columns to a single vacuum source. You will find that all rise to an equal level, as long as you hang it vertically, as mentioned above.Seting carb sync is not a value measured process. It is a comparison process. As long as all cylinders have the same value, it wouldn't matter what that # was.
