Anyone else notice their CT amplifies road noise a bit?

I notice more rubber on the road makes more noise, and can hear the tire slap tar snakes with some authority.  It is also apparent on wet roads, and produces a whizz sound when it sprays a rooster tail.  Not annoying, just different than a MC tire.

Gee--RJ, are you in a bad mood today??  That seemed like a rather sarcastic response!!  I think he was just offering a observation/comment.

It will all go away once you've turned up the stereo.

Earl, No bad mood, just trying to figure out what what he wanted to say.

Different tires of any kind make different noises.

I just ignore most noises as I'm partially deaf and a noise doesn't bother me anymore.

If anyone else took this as me in a bad mood, I'm sorry, wasn't meant that way.

In fact I'm in a pretty good mood, I got about 100 miles of wind in this morning before it got tooooooooo firkin hot.    12:30 PM CDT, and it is close to 91* already.   I went out about 7:00 AM CDT and it was like 77*,   Nice riding weather.     Humidity is a bitch however, and humidity kills me.

It's a warning noise of impending flaming death.
The rooster tail of water is meant to put out the flames after the crash!  Grin 2funny Cheesy
