isn't North Dakota like South Canada? My geography skills aren't that good anyway.
I always figured that's what the back of the monument looked like. That's how folks mount deer in my neighborhood head in yonder and tails in here'n.


On another note, apparently it is illegal to hang signs on the monument, they consider that vandalism.
