This place CLAIMS to have the best burgers around these parts !  ???

Lotsa choices on the menu.  Undecided    Not particularly cheap  Lips Sealed

 http://givemelibertyburger.com/our-menu/

They've got a location just off the tollway @ Keller Springs which should be a little easier to get to for some folks.  cooldude

 http://givemelibertyburger.com/locations/

Don't know if they have an area to hold our meeting.

If there's an interest, maybe the Pres. or Vice Pres. will want to check it out  Wink

I think somewhere in the Bylaws written in invisible ink is the clause where the Suggestor is supposed to "check it out" for the Suggestee.

Another option other than my standard ones is Logans in Lewisville.

Anyone else have suggestions or is everyone waiting on BnBToms answer?

Here's a couple more of mine.   Landmark Grill in Lewisville or Po Melvins in Irving.  Po Melvins doesn't have a meeting room but its usually not loud and we can try to get a corner section.

We haven't been to Po Melvins in a while.  I'd go with that.  Or where ever.

If you decide on Po Melvin's early enough I can call them and see about some free appitizers for the group.

Let's do Po Melvin's this month and look at Liberty Burger for a meeting in the future.

Baron, making that call would be much appreciated.

Great place to eat and meet!  I'll try to get there if two things happen correctly.  One, if I can get out of the clinic in time to make the drive.  Two, if the second of three scheduled eye surgeries goes well on Thursday morning.  I know I won't be able to ride but if I can see I'll try to cage it.  Hope to see you guys soon. Will do.  I can't wait to have some homemade fries cover with melted cheese and bacon.  I think I may order the fried pork chops, salad, buttered carrots, and fried okra.  cooldude

Good time at the meeting tonight.  Good eats (thanks, Baron, for arranging for freebee appetizers).  Only problem was that my 50/50 tickets were defective.

Met a new member, GeoffreyB (Geoff) who brought his newly acquired red/white 97 standard to the meeting.  Previous owner put some serious dollars into Cobra floorboards, light bar, etc, had some nice pin striping added (light but just right) and superb LED lighting and placement on the bike.  Superb looking machine.  Glad to meet you, Geoff.  You need to post a pic with a night shot of your phat lady.

I'd guess 25 or so were there.  Nice turnout.

Hey everyone, it was really great hook up with the group.   I had blast tonight.  Didn't know I could eat that much.  I've always wanted to try that.  Yep now I'm paying for it.  I can't move too fast right now, but it was sure good.  Hope everone made it home alright.

It was great meeting everyone, had a super time and a few laughs - I definitely look forward to doing it again.  It was enlightening to see the amazing variety in everyone's bikes - gives me ideas and scares my wallet!!

Thanks for the compliments on my bike RainMaker - I got lucky finding her ("Candy" has a nice ring to it).  I will certainly post some night shots - I wanted to find a pale red-headed bikini model to pose with it first, but I don't want to get the forum in trouble with google  angel, so  might just do a few long exposure night-shots to show off the LED's!!

If you are worried that such shots will cause problems, search the general forum with keywords "OSS secretary".  After that, I don't think you will worry anymore. coolsmiley
