I have the kick-shift with the Cobras and love it. the only thing I made a shift lever extension for mine. Other then that I love it. Cobras are a good choice they are quality and so is the shifter. I have pics from the layup time.

I've had that combination since Chet 1st came out with the shifter.
It has been almost 11 or 12 years since I put it on, but if my feeble mind is remembering correctly I think I moved the shifter 1 notch.
Don't bother asking which way, as that is really a test of the feeble brain.
Seems like I did it to level out the shifter when not being used. You know, make the heel and toe stubs the same height from the board.
They would have to kill me to get that system as long as I own MGM. My son rides a forward control chopper and is looking for a way to utilize the kick shifter on it. He is a very good fabricator, circle burner car experience.

I have the Rattlebars kickshifter and Cobra driver floorboards - and they're a wonderful combination. My only gripe (and it's a minor one) is the minor adjustment to the OEM sidestand (the access bar, actually) needed *IF* you also run the Rattlebars peg lowering kit. Either way, I'd say go for it; the two are definitely money well spent. Terry

Put these on over the Cobras, used Rattlebars lowering kit in reverse to raise the kickshifter, works like a charm.
