Hi all,

Decided that since it was supposed to rain today that I would do some maintenance on the Valk ... which lead me to try and inventory all the little maintenance parts I have acquired & not used Smiley

I came across 2 packages of Piston seals Honda Part # 06431-MA3-405. According to the Fiche at HDL it is not for the 99 Valk I/S Brakes - any one have any idea how I can find out what they are for ? (They do look like the seals for the calipers (part 06451-GE2-405).

Google says they're parts for a Honda 750

HDL has a Reverse Part Number Lookup.

That number is listed under 2 scooters, 1 ATV and 2 motorcycles. It doesn't tell you which ones.

All Valk caliper seal are the same.. # 06431-MA3-405 ...   Just did a set...

The rear caliper on the Interstate is different... 06451-GE2-405...

It's kind of amazing how many bikes use some standard parts.

Thanks all!!

The partzilla list shows them as also for teh Valk - but for the front calipers (actually it shows 2 part numbers for the front caliper seals - 06431-MA3-405 @ $5.08 and 06431-MZ0-760 @ $5.03 - I guess renumbering cost 5 cents).
