Hi guys! I got 50% of all exhaust rattles covered. A lot better than it was. Now, when I am going up a hill and force the engine, it is like a engine growl. I have seen on the board the famous long bolt which has to be tightened, did that. If anyone has anything else I should check, please let me know.
Thanks in advance.

The most common exhaust rattle is not the exhaust at all, it is the heat shields under the bags and over the rear pipes.  They are just thin metal, and often rattle against the top of the rear pipes.  To prevent them from laying on my airflow truck stacks and rusting the stacks, I bend mine up a wee bit, then have to push the bags down on them to get them bolted up.  All tight, no rattles, and no more rust.

Pull your bags and tap the shields to see if they are rattling, or rusting a thin line on your exhaust tips.

I have a National Cycle all-metal front fender tip that bolts on. Started hearing a rattle up front and upon checking, I found that the two nuts on the small bolts had loosened up. Tightened and rattle was gone.
