Does anyone know why one of the Baffles is Shorter than the Other Five?
And Which Pipe Does The SHORT one GO into?

To my knowledge they are all the same.  I have had at one time or another 3 sets and never saw any that were different.  There were a couple of different styles, one has a bar across that is easier to grab to pull them out.
Sounds good with them out doesn't it?

I bought some parts from a Valkyrie Owner and he Included the Baffles. He said that he took them out when they were New. One is Shorter than the rest and they are the ones with the Bar welded across the end and they are Factory Cobra Baffles. I don't have Cobra's on any of our Valkyrie's. Sherrie's has Two Brothers Six into Six, with the Turn-out Tips, No removable Baffles.

Just a guess but might go into the closest pipe to the nearest cylinder as a back pressure flow balance.
