Yes, it will.

If you're choosing the option to upload your own it will need to be pretty small.  Mine is 162 KB.

If you have your picture already stored on the web you can point to it whatever its size.

The easiest way is to capture the url of the pic on Photobucket; go to Profile; select Modify Forum Profile Information; select I have my own; and paste in the url to the picture on Photobucket.  That method, of course, will require that you leave the picture on Photobucket.

To upload your own picture you would need to put it on your computer; shrink it to an acceptable size; go to Profile; select Modify Forum Profile Information; select I Will Upload; select Browse and store your picture.

In either case don't forget to select Change Profile at the bottom right of the page.
