robin, based on google maps...the closest Honda shop is in Spearfish.  In Deadwood, you have the HD dealership.

If its a rear tire, and you can't find one....you can always go with a car tire to get you by, assuming you can find someone to mount it.

Honda Shop in Spearfish:

Deadwood Harley:
645 Main St
Deadwood, SD 57732-1123
(605) 722-2675

Sorry I'm not more help....(we broke down yesterday, so I feel your pain!)

The car tire is always an option on the Valk rear. Just don't do the car tire without doing the nutcage mod also. The car tire will usually rub when your loaded down for a trip and you'll be back broke down when the tire sidewall gets cut. It is easy to do however and I feel this is a viable option for anyone stuck in "Deadwood".

Outdoor motorsports is your best bet. Get on I-90 right outta Deadwood. You can see it right off the interstate on the south side of the road, on a hill. If not Rice Honda is in Rapid City. Ride into Sturgis, tire dealers are setting up. Metzler tent is near I-90 and Lazelle St, by the McDonalds.

That HD 'dealership' is noting but a boutique. No bikes and I don't think they any acc, let alone a shop.

205/55/16  Just a touch shorter than stock

205/60/16 About the same height a stock

The 205/55 is the one I use ( Cooper Zeon 2XS ) but as stated above you'll need the nut cage mod ( right side ...final drive side ) on either. Some getaway without doing it but its best to do it then you have no worries.

Try this one. Not sure why the site is no longer working. Maybe staff can figure it out!

The Honda dealer in Spearfish is known for there good service.
The owners of this dealership are also members of the "Jack Pine Gypsys MC". The cliub that promotes races during the Sturgis Bike Week.

Rice Honda in Rapid City is also known as a dealer that gives travelers "first priority".
